Agency of natural monopoly regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan suggested investing about 130 bil. tenge into modernization of heating network

Agency of natural monopoly regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan with reference to the Chairman of the Agency Mr.Murat  Ospanov suggested investing about 130 bil. tenge into modernization of heating network. Four variants of complex plan of modernization of heating network in 2014-2020 were offered. The most acceptable variant  was considered to be appropriation of funds from republican budget under the Program of modernization of  housing services and utilities that is 120 bil.tenge (for 17 certain basic heating networks), also from  local budget – not less than 10% from the  funds committed from republican budget or 12 bil. tenge.
