«EuroChem» and «K+S Nitrogen» announced today successful close of dealing on buying of «K+S Nitrogen» company by «EuroChem». The dealing was approved by EC anti-monopoly commission on 25.06.2012.
«Buying of  «K+S Nitrogen» – is our next strategic step towards extension of  geographical position closer to our final customers» - commented Valery Rogalsky, Marketing and Sales Director of «EuroChem».
Strategy of «K+S Group»  is in growth of business of potassic and magnesium products and salt segment of business, and it also focuses on management and financial resources. Relative to it, last year «K+S Group» sold its «COMPO» business to investment company «Triton» and 8 May, 2012 announced selling of «K+S Group» to «EuroChem».
