«Gasprom» and «Renova» discuss the possibility of gradual connecting of actives», - said the head of «Gasprom» Alexey Miller.
He pointed out that now different ways of realization of this gradual connection are being discussed.On his opinion the solution can be found this year.
«Gasprom», parent company of LLC «Gasprom Energoholding» and «Renova», controlling «KES-Holding», in July 2011 made the agreement  to combine their generating activities on the basis of «Gasprom Energoholding». It was supposed that  «Gasprom» will own not more than 75% minus one share, and «Renova» – not less than 25% plus one share in the combined company.
