EnergoFront implements its knowledge and experience for upgrade of a feed pump of Cherepetskaya TPP

Following the results of open competitive negotiations, LLC «EnergoFront» is recognized as the winner on the right of the conclusion of the contract for delivery a set of equipment for a feed electric pump of Cherepetskaya TPP.

Cherepetskaya TPP named after D. G. Zhimerin is the first in Europe and strategically important for the power system of the Center of Russia powerful steam-turbine power plant, designed for ultra-high steam parameters (pressure 170 atmospheres, temperature 550°C). The main function of Cherepetskaya TPP is peak loads bearing within the Moscow, Tula, Orel, Bryansk and Kaluga regions. Annual electricity generation is about 2.5 billion kWh.

LLC «EnergoFront» is a long-standing and reliable partner of JSC «Inter RAO-Electric Power Plants» which is a part of Cherepetskaya TPP, in terms of deliveries and modernization of the equipment of power plants. As part of the new contract, at the end of 2018, our company will deliver to the station a set of equipment for the feed pump PE 720-185-4.

It should be noted that in this inner housing with the rotor, the optimization of the combination of the number of blades of the impellers and the channels of the guiding devices is implemented. This makes possible to improve the vibration state of the pump bearing units by eliminating the perturbing harmonics of the radial forces acting from the part of the guiding devices on the impellers. It also provides an increase in the efficiency of the pump by 2-3%.
