EnergoFront supplies pumps for the needs of the Phosphorit IG

An agreement between the companies EnergoFront LLC and PG Phosphorit LLC for the supply of process pumps for the needs of the sulfuric acid production workshop was concluded. Target production capacity for 2022 is 1,109,130 tons per year.

PG Phosphorit LLC is a subsidiary of MCC EuroChem JSC, engaged in the production of mineral fertilizers, and is one of the leading Russian enterprises for the production of phosphate fertilizers.

The engineers of the industrial equipment department were faced with the task of replacing the existing process pumps of the sulfuric acid production workshop while maintaining the overall connection dimensions, as well as dynamic characteristics.

As a result of joint work with several manufacturers from China, a solution that fully satisfies the requirements of the technical specifications was proposed.
