It’s all about the people

The staff  from JSC “EnergoFront” have got through the annual attestation to determine the level of professional knowledge and correspondence of standards of the company. For the first time the staff of LLP “EnergoFront-KZ” (Astana) took part in the attestation.
The total results of the attestation again showed the positive tendency in developing key competences of project managers and heads of departments, reinforcement of their responsibility towards their official duties and increasing initiative in solving complicated and non-standard tasks.
Taking into account the results of attestation the company will form the number of training courses to improve skills and knowledge in the main fields of work.
