LLC «EnergoFront» summarized the results of the first half of the year

For each company, in whatever industry it operates, it is necessary to sum up (global or subtotal) and plan goals for the future. This is an important element in the business development system, one of the feedback measures necessary for the effective work of employees and the whole team. This is not just a fixation of results - it is a demonstration from the leadership of understanding the importance of the work of employees, the contribution of each person to the common cause, the value of the individual and teamwork.

In early July, «EnergoFront» summarized the results of the first six months of operation in 2017. The positive dynamics in the development of the company was noted in comparison with the similar periods of the previous years. The main reasons for such indicators were an increase in the presence of LLC «EnergoFront» on the traditional market - electricity generation, as well as the development of several new areas.

During the meeting, project managers defended their personal contracting plans with an assessment of the amounts and deadlines planned for the conclusion of contracts. The result of the certification showed that, in comparison with the beginning of the year, the forecast for this indicator has increased.

Heads of departments and line managers submitted reports on the preliminary results of the tasks set for 2017. Taking into account the changing situation on the market, some of them were adjusted with the introduction of changes in the development strategy of the company.

The opinion of the General Director of LLC «EnergoFront» Aleksey Gladkov: «Traditionally, in July we had a working meeting to summarize the results of the company's work for the first half of the year. The first part was devoted to the certification of projects, which are planned to be implemented before the end of the year. Managers provided key data for each of the contracts: terms, amounts of required investments, work plans, etc. In the second half of the meeting, project managers reported on the tasks accomplished in the first six months of the year. In addition, we made adjustments to the work plan for the second half of the year. We are looking forward to good results for the year 2017, confidently building plans for the future, responding to the constantly changing situation in the market with new visions, strategies and projects, always discovering new directions of activity. I am confident that we will achieve impressive results with the team, which we will certainly tell at the end of the year».
