EnergoFront made an assessment of target indicators for 2015, and also tested knowledge and skills of project managers and mid-tier executives.
The results showed that the most tasks were completed by more than 80 percent. Some of target indicators crucial for the company were achieved in full. The assessment of professional knowledge showed positive dynamics year on year. This was facilitated particularly by staff development programs, trainings and workshops conducted last year. The identified shortcomings will be taken into consideration when planning structural changes at the company and setting up staff development programs.
