Staff from JSC “EnergoFront” was annually attested to determine the level of their professional skills and correspondence to company standards. The total results of the attestation showed positive tendency in development of key competencies of project managers and heads of departments, growing of their responsibility to perform official duties and initiative in solutions of complicated and non-standards tasks. The best managers in total score as well as in certain nominations were praised with appreciation from company management. Basing on the results of attestation the company will make the list of educational programs and courses to improve knowledge and skills in main spheres.
