The second wave of modernization for JSC «PhosAgro-Cherepovets»

To keep up with the times – is an important task and condition for the modern enterprise. However, we can still find factories in Russia and the CIS that are running on old equipment. The main disadvantages of such systems is the low level of productivity and time costs required for searching and troubleshooting. The best solution in this matter is the modernization of an enterprise. However, even if innovation helps to bring production into a new level of performance, one of the preventing key factors is high cost of a new equipment. Besides, not every company is ready to suspend production for a long period.

Team of EnergoFront participated in the optimization for JSC «PhosAgro-Cherepovets». We decided to deliver the equipment in two stages. The scope of supply included three water ring vacuum pump units of HIBON (France) AL 100+ V type for pumping fumes of fluoride and the production of a vacuum in the vacuum filter carousel. Hibon Company with over a century of experience in the equipment market pays great attention to the development and modernization of the manufactured equipment and, as a result, meets the market needs.

Supply of pump units – is the next stage of replacement of the old equipment of technological part of ​​the department that is responsible for the production of phosphoric acid.

We delivered the necessary pump units within the prescribed schedule.
