Gusinoozyorskaya TPP continues to trust effective solutions of LLC «EnergoFront»

The fuel and energy complex is one of the priority branches of the economy of the Republic of Buryatia. At present, the fuel and energy sector occupies the largest share in the sectoral structure of industry in this region.

In August 2017, the Government of the Republic of Buryatia signed an agreement on socio-economic cooperation with LLC «Inter RAO - Management of Electric Power Plants». This agreement implies implementation of the Program of social and economic development of the Republic of Buryatia for the period until 2020. The interests of the company in this region are represented by the branch «Gusinoozyorskaya TPP» of JSC «Inter RAO - Electric Power Plants».

Gusinoozyorskaya TPP is the largest condensing power plant in Transbaikalia and one of the largest enterprises of the Republic of Buryatia. Over the years, Gusinoozyorskaya TPP has generated more than 135 billion kWh of electricity. The station provides electricity to consumers of Buryatia and neighboring regions, as well as the city of Gusinoozyorsk with a population of more than 24 thousand people with heat energy.

«EnergoFront» company won a tender for the supply of an electric pump unit АПЭ-380-185-5 with an electric motor 4A3M-3150/6000 УХЛ4 to the Gusinoozyorskaya TPP. Separately, it is of interest to note the technical characteristics of this equipment: the pump unit is equipped with an improved flow part, as well as working wheels and guiding devices of a new type. In addition, it has a higher efficiency (not less than 80%), vibration on bearings assembly is reduced, and modern mechanical seals are installed. The pump and the motor are equipped with vibration sensors.

The delivery of the unit is scheduled for May 2018, at the time set by the customer.

Now, another victory. I must say that thanks to the efforts and high professionalism of my colleagues, the project team managed to leave behind all competitors at the early stages of the competition, that much qualitatively all the preparatory work was performed. Now, we executing all the necessary documents for opening the factory order at the pump and electric motor manufacturers. In the near future, we plan to participate in other tenders for the supply of equipment to the enterprises of the Republic of Buryatia. In addition to Gusinoozyorskaya TPP, we are also successfully working with TGC-14 (Ulan-Ude), so there are many opportunities, I am confident that they will all be successfully used, and there is more than one project to implement».
