Minenergo developed the state program “Power efficiency and development of power industry” which is now being discissed in “Open Government”.

Realization period-2013-2020.

The aim of the program is “reliable supply of the country with fuel and power resources, increase of efficiency of their usage and decrease of anthropogenic effect of Fuel and Energy Complex on environment.” According to the developers the scope of financial recourses to realize the state program is 28 658,762 billion rubles including federal budget -104,81 billion rubles, budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation-562,34 billion rubles, from corporate funds- 27 991,61 billion rubles.
